All of the pictures are stunners and the recipes and easy to read and follow.
I appreciated how the chapters are laid out – each section has an intro, a paragraph about seasonality, tips on buying, a section called ‘notable varieties’ , a paragraph about storing and another with ideas for prepping.
And then – there comes the section for cooking. Including ways to treat all veg in this category, followed by some chef-like inspirational material about what to pair with the veg.
Simple, direct, inspirational.
So far, the Pods section is my favorite – though I did learn how to braise celery, and pickle ramps in earlier chapters.
This book is FULL of recipes you’ll use, or at least get ideas from.
I know I will!
